The purpose of this policy is to detail the scheme in which employees are provided with a discount on Company goods.

Scope

This policy is applicable to all employees of [company name].

General principles

[Company] is pleased to be able to provide a discount on Company goods for [all employees/employees with over [number] months' service]. [Company] is also able to provide a discount on goods from its associated companies: [names of associated companies].

A current list of discounts is available [from [name]/on [Company]'s intranet].

For goods and products purchased over the telephone, employees will be required to quote their [employee number/unique reference number]. For goods purchased on the shop floor, employees will be required to produce their [staff identification/security pass].

[All employees/employees with over [number] months' service] can also obtain discounts at a range of local shops. To obtain a discount in these shops, employees will be required to produce their [staff identification/security pass].
